However, if a link in our index points to material that infringes your rights, we will remove the link upon a valid notification.
How to Submit a Notice

- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on www.fly24.eu.org of the link(s) you want removed (for example,

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What We Will Do
Once a valid notice is received we will remove or disable access to the specific URL(s) you identified, usually within 48 hours. We may notify the source from which the link was obtained and keep a record of the notice for our files.
Counter-Notice
If you believe a link was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same level of detail described above plus a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the link was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to permanently delist content sources and ban repeat infringers from being indexed.
Misuse
Knowingly submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. Please make sure your claim is accurate before submitting.
